Question Psu or motherboard is killing m2 ssds

Si i recently bough a new psu and after 5 min of using it my m. 2ssd died, i said to myself that its ok i should get a new one, the new one died too after a few days, is it the psu that is damaging my ssds or is the
motherboard that went crazy. My motgerboard has already fried the integrated soundboard, what should i do?
