PSU or Motherboard?

Ok so I have a evga 850 w g2 power supply and a msi z97s sli plus 2014 motherboard. One day I turned off my pc cause I was moving stuff around my room unplug everything and then got everything set back up and push power and nothing, no fans not screen nothing. So I unplugged everything thing again from the pc took the power supply out from its slot unplugged everything there plugged the power back in to it and turned it on and heard a slight buzzing like as if an ant was trying to scream at you, with hearing that I was thinking it wasn’t dead so I say that I should plug my fans back in along with the mb but nothing. Is my power supply gone or is it my mother board.

I'm leaning on it being the PSU. I've heard the "ant screaming" on failed PSUs before.

That is music to my ears. Bought test psu comes in Friday
