Question PSU PCIe Cable for Cooler Master

Hi,
I've recently tried installing a new GPU and realized I was missing a crucial 8pin - 8 (6+2)pin PCIe cable for my Cooler Master Masterwatt 750 PSU. This problem came up a week ago and I've been scouring the internet ever since. I've shot Cooler Master support a ticket about this last week and still haven't received a reply so hope is dwindling.
My query is if using this cable (linked below) will work for my PSU?

I ask this because the linked cable is compatible with the MWE Gold Series whose CPU cables are compatible with the Masterwatt series of PSU's.

While it's likely to work, it's impossible to say for sure with the information provided. "Masterwatt 750" isn't a specific model and given that the wrong modular cable can destroy any component it's connected to, this is something you want to be sure of.
