Will xfx ts 550w have enough 8 pins connectors for Gigabyte H81M-S2PV motherboard and Sapphire Radeon R9 280X 3GB Tri-X Video Card and can i use 4 pin connector as 8 pin in this motherboard

Solution
That PSU has 3x 6+2 pins (8 pin combined), so it will be enough .
One 8 pin for the motherboard and 2 x 8 pin for your GPU.

The PSU probably has 2 PCI Express (PCI-E) 6+2 connectors. That's what goes to the GPU. The 4-pin power plug (aka CPU Power) has a possibility of working, but more than likely not when plugged into the 8-pin socket on the MB. That CPU power plug (EPS Power) can provide more power which the board manufacturer thinks will be needed.

Best bet, look for a PSU with an 8 pin, or 4+4 pin CPU power plug. (The latter is actually more likely.)
