PSU Plug is hissing loudly

My PSU Plug is hissing loudly, like there is lots of electric in the fuse or the outlet I plug it in to. I’m scared in case I’ll break my PC or cause a fire. I looked at my fuse and it doesn’t seem right.

As you can see on the left, there is burn marks on my fuse. How do I fix this, or is it worth buying a new PSU plug?

If it comes from the outlet, change outlets or get an electricia to change the socket.

If it's from the PSU, change it immediately before it fries your whole system.
