psu power bug

on msi afterburner i can see that my pc only gets 2-11% of psu usage earlier this morning it worked fine what happened?

How are you measuring PSU usage? Checking the CPU and GPU is easy, but checking a PSU requires tools to measure how much current is drawn from each rail.

im not really good at this pc tech but im learning. on msi afterburner my power % is around 90-100 at full load but now its just sitting at 2-11%
i dont have a real tool to measure the psu

You are referring to the power of the GPU; it has nothing to do with the PSU. If MSI afterburner can only keep it busy 2-11%, then you need to tell us a bit more. What are you using to make the GPU really busy? Furmark Burn-in test?

i used GTA 5 on MAX settings with benchmarks 99% gpu usage but the power % sits at 5% giving me 5 fps....
my clock speeds arent exceeding 405 mhz, normal temps, cpu working 50%,ram 4k/8k, Vram 2k/4k its just the power

What about your CPU? Is running at its rated speed or is it throttling because it's too warm?
