Hello all, I have just recieved my prize from the EVGA z97 Summer launch giveaway, I am very happy witht he prize I won (EVGA 1000w G2) however, I have one very minor problem is that it has come with a US power cord (3 circle pronged) where as in the UK you have the square 3 pronged plug.
I was wondering what I could do, I had the idea of using my Corsair 600w power cable and using that but I don't want to overvolt/break anything hence why I am here asking the question.

Any help will be appriciated
~Thanks

Solution
The power cable from your Corsair PSU will be okay to use for your 1000w PSU.
A 5-amp fuse in the plug should be okay even for 1000w, 5-amps at 240v is okay up to 1200w load (5 x 240).
