PSU power calculating

Greetings all.

The case is I am upgrading my PC. The detail specs is below:

CPU : Intel® Xeon® Processor E3-1220 v2
Mainboard : GIGABYTE GA-B75M-D3H
RAM : 2 x 2GB DDR3 bus 1333 ( question here: is the 1600 better than 1333? I have no idea about this)
VGA : ATI HD6670
HDD would be my old humble 80GB, will upgrade this later on

Please suggest me the amount of power I'll need. I have a cheap old DTECH 500W PSU, would it be acceptable to run the rig, or I'll have to purchase a new one. My budget is a little low. And if anything wrong with this setup shows up, please tell me how to fix.

Your system needs a minimum of 400 watts PSU; good brand. A 450 to 500 watts PSU will work fine. I did not find much info on the DTech 500.

That is a cheap PSU from China, that explains why you couldnt find anything thanks for the info
