PSU problem-Causing Motherboard Damage

i have cooler master thunder 450 w psu and i had faced some power outages due to which my UPS battery was damaged,at that time my pc faced many power loss,after some time my motherboard bios screen gets stucked and is displaying this message :some asus feature has prevented your motherboard from outages from the psu.

Note:i Pressed the power off button in the psu to switch off my system when my bios screen was stucked,

then your power outlet dont have required power to run your pc i recommend dont use pc till you solve that problem.

do you mean psu,no it will not have any problem,i think it is the problem of moba as everything was fine earlier and my moba will not have resisted the power outages from the psu which i think was caused by the unusual powering off of the ups which had happended to a weak Ups battery
