Psu problem with graphic card!!

my PSU is of 250w but the graphic card which I want (Sapphire AMD/ATI HD 7770 1 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card) requires 450w. Is there any I can run it without buying a new PSU?

Nope, I wouldn't risk it especially since that the card needs additional power from the PSU.
