Recently, I had my PC moved into my bedroom and hooked directly into my TV. Everything was working fine for a few days until I noticed my PC would shut off, with the power LED blinking on and off pretty slowly. It only blinks like this when the PC is put in sleep mode or in hibernation.

The power button does not work whenever I try to turn it back on. It doesn't respond to keyboard or mouse commands either. My only option was to flick the power supply switch.

After the second time this happened, I had the PC moved back to my basement, thinking it was some sort of wiring problem with my room. It worked for a few weeks, but the same situation occurred.

I've owned the PC for a good 3 years, but I'd like some advice on what to do.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS.

Also PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition?

Has the computer been opened up for cleaning and maintenance?

I.e., blow out dust and debris, reseat all cards, RAM, jumpers, and cables.

Has the CMOS battery been replaced?

Sorry for my late post. I was busy.

This list contains all of my specs: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/XwfjD8

This PC was built on Dec 25, 2016 with all new parts.

I try to dust it regularly. I haven't dusted it in a few weeks, but it runs just fine. I also had the case fans replaced 6 months ago.

The CMOS battery has not been replaced, but I really doubt that's the issue.

Make sure everything is properly connected. 24 pin connection, 4 pin cpu connection, gpu power connection etc. Check the the motherboard power/reset pins as well.

Something must've come loose when you were moving it.
