Question PSU problems ( strong electrical noise and pc wont start )

i've just made a new build and all my stuff is brand new, but i have a problem :

all my embranchement are correct, so idk where it's coming for if is the PSU...

do you have any leads ? sorry for bad english

Wow something is definitely not right if you play at slow speed you can see (What looks like) the electricity arcing when you connect the power. Have you got another PSU to try?

EDIT: I would also avoiding connecting it for the time being, if something isn't right it could damage other components as well.

yeah i should try with my 550w psu, moment i hav eto unplus it from this pc so 'ill follow the forum from my phone

So i changed my psu and i made it to bios so im pretty happy that my cpu isnt dead, even tho im facing another problèm im good for now
