is this good psu for x2 xeon e5 2620 and gtx 1070?

Can't read anything on it due to image quality, but looking at it no. It looks like a fairly generic China OEM quality PSU suitable for non gaming machines.

Thanks for your reply mate yes i know i couldn't find better picture, my friend told me he is about to build x2 e5 xeons with 1070 and shown me this psu told him looks like shity old Chinese psu even if its 1000w or so must poor quality but i wanted to make sure so i posted it here.

I wouldn't use it. You can get a Corsair TX-M right now on Newegg that have 20 dollar mail in rebates.

It is supposedly an 1100watt Dell PSU and should be suitable.
