PSU question 8350

Hi all,
I have a Seasonic S12II 520w 80+ and I'm kind worried about the only 520w. Will it handle properly a FX 8350 with 650ti and 4gb 1600. I'll upgrade to 8 or 12 gb and might also get a better card llike the r9 270x or the 760 adn a ssd.
Do you think it is enough (I'm a huge OC fan so I'll oc both cpu/gpu)

nah, you shouldn't be worried about 520W
8320 + 270X will not exceed 500W anyway

make sure you have a good enough mobo, so that 8 cores potential can be fully utilized
bad mobo --> weak VRM --> not enough power to cpu
