Which of the following psu would be better for my system.

My system
Cpu - 2.4 Ghz Q6600
Gpu - GTX 570 ( 38 Amps) - Is the reason to upgrade PSU - just got a great deal for a 2nd hand unit
Ram - 4 GB
HDD - SSD 120 GB
- sata 300 GB
- external 1 TB
DVD RW
From online tests, looks like I will spend about 430 - 450 Watts
I'm thinking of buying one of these :
SEASONIC S12II 520W 68.75 Euros
SEASONIC S12II GB 520W 80PLUS BRONZE 73.80 Euros
SEASONIC S12II 620W 79.85 Euros
SEASONIC S12II GB 620W 80PLUS BRONZE 87.10 Euros
My mains questions are :
1 - Is it worth to pay more to get the bronze edition
2 - Want to game a bit at night without having the wife bite my head off :) (in the living room, but close to bedroom)
Are these silent enough?
How about I buy the 620 so not to use at max load, maybe would keep the noise lower (gaming or just online browsing) thinking about S2FC feature - (silent mode - cooling mode) - MY MAIN QUESTION
3 - Does anyone have a better recomendation for under de 85 Euro mark
Im from Portugal and have this selection - Corsair, Evga, Be quiet, XFX and a few more
from this site - http://www.alientech.pt/index.php?cPath=180_14
Almost bought Tacens with is a S***t brand before starting to read about psu's
Thanx for any help sorry for being long winded

I would go with the 620watt bronze unit.
1. I would very rarely recommend getting a power supply that doesn't have at least an 80+ bronze rating because they can be very unreliable.
2. None of these will be loud enough to be noticeable (at least not louder then the machine will already be)
3. Your choices are pretty good, seasonic is reputable company and this seems like a decent price point.

thanx Oaklandmurphy

I'm also hoping it won't be loud because it will not use full load unless its gaming. Since it is a little above what I actually need so it should be on what the brand calls "silent mode".
It would be great to have a reply from someone who is using this unit.
