PSU question: Will the Seasonic SS-650KM3 fit inside the Bitfenix Phenom M?

This is my first build.
I have the Bitfenix Phenom M (mATX) case. I want to buy Seasonic SS-650 KM3 PSU. Up until now I was under the impression that all PSUs came in the standard size; but recently a friend bought one and it was slightly bigger (0.5cm) than other PSUs and so he had to return it.

That case is one of the tightest, so there are a lot of PSU's that won't fit. That said the Seasonic seems to be on the smaller side (6.3 x 5.9) as PSU's come so it should fit fine.

Yes. But is there a thing for PSUs, like there's for motherboards (ATX, mATX, ITX) and CPUs (sockets) so that I can confirm for sure? Or should I just use a measuring tape?

PS2 ATX is the standard which this fits within. That said I would use a measuring tape to be sure as that standard fits a range of sizes up to a maximum.
