My current plan:

  1. RTX 2060
  2. I5 8600K
  3. Z390 MOTHERBOARD AORUS ELITE
  4. AORUS CPU COOLER ATC 700
  5. 2TB HDD
  6. 124 GB M.2
  7. 500 POWER SUPPLY BRONZE
  8. NZXT H500 CASE
  9. 2 x 8GB 2666mhz

Can that psu supply enough power?

To answer your question about the 500w psu... maybe, maybe not.
500w units are usually of inferior quality.
Buy a quality unit like a Seasonic focus 550w.

Past that, I have some thoughts about your parts.

1. Buy a i5-9600K instead. It usually costs perhaps $10 more.
In return you get a processor with a soldered heat spreader that will run cooler and overclock better.

2. The cooler is not a good one. Here is a newegg reviewer:

I suggest a noctua NH-D15s which has no compatibility issues and will cool as well as the best aio cooler in your case.
3. 120gb is too small for a windows drive.
Many things default to the C drive. When it fills up it will lose performance and endurance.
240gb is the minimum. That will hold a handful of games.
Why not just defer on the hard drive until you actually need the space?
If you get 5oogb up front you may never need a hdd at all.
I would use a Samsung 860/870 evo m.2 ssd for performance and reliability.

Then, if you really want a HDD, add in a 16 or 32gb optane device to act as a cache for the HDD.

4. NZXT H500 is a fine case. Have you considered the Coolermaster H500?
It has superb cooling:

The Z390 MOTHERBOARD AORUS ELITE has 2x CPU power connections.

NO PSU's under quality 750W have 2X CPU power connections other than the Seasonic Prime Titanium 650W. (The X Series 650W has it too)

The Z390 AORUS MB's that have 2x CPU power connections are actually designed to use BOTH of them. Spoke with AORUS on this subject not long ago.

So either change the MB to a Z370 model or get the proper PSU with the proper connections.

(Contrary to what some believe the 2nd CPU power connections are not there for cosmetic reasons)

Good point from jankerson on the need for two aux cpu cables.

A good 500w unit will be ok so far as the 2060 is concerned assuming a normal processor, even a 8600K.
But, if you are considering a 9700K and certainly a 9900K then your cpu power draw will be such that a second motherboard cpu connector will be needed.

The motherboard aux cpu connectors deliver added 12v power for the motherboard.
This might be for the cpu, or for overclocking, but also for the extra pcie load for multiple graphics cards.
The motherboard manual should tell you if the extra power lead is optional or under what conditions it is needed.

With a top end build, do not try to go cheap on the psu.
Seasonic focus 750w is not that expensive.
