Am going to replace my PSU with a

FSP Group ATX350-PA 350W ATX 12V (v 2.2) Power Supply - OEM (http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817104901)

Is this a GOOD PSU? I am not interested in a PSU that has LOTS of watts. Only looking for one that is a good deal, and isn't a power consumer, its going to be supplying a

AMD 7750
Asus M3N78-VM M/B
A-Data 2x2GB ram
A video card down the road prob a ATI 50$CAD card HDMI
22x DVD RW
Western Digital HD 500GB

Look at a Corsair 400cx, usually very well priced and no question about high quality. Or maybe the Antec EA380, or PC Power&Cooling Silencer PPCS370X 370W. I don't really know about that FSP PSU, but I doubt its the same build quality as those other PSU's, and it lacks a PCIE connector, so you would not be able to use a GPU that required a separate power source...even if you don't plan on using one, it might be nice to have that option, don't you think?
