PSU Recommendation For Build

I am from India.
Here is My build i plan to buy:
AMD FX 6300
Sapphire Radeon Dual-X R9 270X with boost 2GB DDR5
Seagate Barracuda 1 TB
Kingstone HyperX Fury DDR3 4 GBX2-1600 mhz
Asus M5A97 r2.0
Samsung 850 EVO-120 GB

I plan to add more ram and OC processor to 4GHz in future with after market cooler.
Please suggest good PSU for above build for budget of 3500-4500 INR
Please keep in mind the brands available in india only.
