PSU recommendation for my Build

Hi all,
Currently my system consists of
i5 3570k (not overclocked)
Asus DCU 770 gtx 2 gb
8 Gb Ram Corsair
1 Hdd WD 750 GB Sata2
1 Samsung SSD 128 GB Sata3
1 PCI SB Audigy
Corsair HX620 Watt Psu
The system runs fine and i can game for several hours (BF3 or BF4) with normal temps.
However, recently i get some BSODs and random restarts. Not frequent, but they are there.
I suspect my PSU is getting stessed. Considering that i have it from 2007-2008 maybe.
So to be sure and to avoid any future explosions , i have come up with 2 seasonic psus.
SEASONIC SSR-650RM G-650 650W
SEASONIC M12II-750 BRONZE 750W
Both are around at the same price.
Which to you think is going to be better for my setup?

to be on safer side get 750w psu of seasonic. Seasonics psus are really great 😉

I'm just curious about that Corsair getting killed, but 6 years for PSU on a heavy duty job can finish like that.
As the other guy said, if its almost the same price why you even ask, take the 750W and be safe.

The reason i am asking is because the 1st choice has gold efficiency while the second has bronze.
I do not know if this has an impact even though obviously the 2nd choice is more watts.

As far as you actually don't measure both one next to each other the badge means nothing, so i can only assume some numbers, which don't have to be real.
As far as i read the charts correctly GOLD is less than 10% more energy efficient than the Bronze one, which leads to conclusion that if your PC drains 500W from PSU, it drains 570W from plug for GOLD and 620W for Bronze.
Your call, either you care about power bills or u want to have a bit more safety.
Now it actually changes a bit of overall look, I'd choose the one which drains less from the plug, but some would want to have more horsepower under the hood. European vs American point of view it seems 😉
