Question PSU recommendation for my build

I have bought a new computer:

CPU: i5 12400
MB: GIGABYTE B660M DS3H DDR4
RAM: 32 GB

SSDs and PSU i used from the old computer but unfortunately PSU from my old computer died and now i need a new one. At the moment i am using Gigabyte P850GM 80 PLUS GOLD that i got from a friend who just went on a business trip and will want it back when he arives home, next friday. What i want for new PSU to have:

• Zero RPM or for fan to start after it reaches certain % of load, like the one i am using now.
• Modular
• Flat cables
• budget max 100€

Didnt know about that, WOW that is big will let him know when he comes back. I live in Europe so i can can buy from Amazon.de. I dont game and will not buy a GPU.

so a 650w is gonna be more then enough especially since you want a full modular one (since you want modular and flat etc.. because a 500w is more then enough but you want find same specs )
there for i suggest you the RM650x gold modular stable
and with possibility yo add a gpu if you needed one one day

Thank you for all the suggestions, will read reviews on them. What about ASUS ROG-STRIX-550G(550w) i found this model for 80€, is it good? i have read that Seasonic.

well @jonystar they are good but not the best and compared to what other's are giving for price + performence
asus is too costy
take a look at ldlc the french reseller in euro 155 while you get
Corsair RM850x 80PLUS Gold for 10 euro more
and is much better
even finding it at a low price there's still much better the corsair 650w gold is fair better with more watt

It's a Seasonic Focus that they made worse.
