Question PSU Recommendation

I have a HP 1998 elite desk 800g1 motherboard with one 6pin(for power to mb) and another 4pin(for CPU). I have a GPU that has 8pin. I can't find a good PSU. Any help for a noob please?

What sort of a budget do you have for your PSU purchase, where are you located and what is your preferred site for purchase?

About $50-70 maybe. Southeastern US, eBay. Or a better website maybe.
