Solution
Defo change the board as tht is a decent CPU and its easier to get a new board than a new CPU and I would say go for a 600w for upgrade space and the 20% tht u always need
Hi there!

Being an i5 3570K owner myself I would recommend the ASRock Extreme4 or Pro3. Either board is superb quality, overclocking ready and packed with features for decent prices. The Pro3 is the cheaper of the two and is the one I use with my i5, while my fiance has the Extreme4 with her i5. As for PSU'S I'd go for either an Antec unit or a Seasonic one, it all depends on your budget.

The latest and greatest CPUs are Haswell so just change the i5 3570k for an i5 4670k. I don't know why people are telling you to buy a last generation CPU. Nothing wrong with Ivy Bridge but it's been almost a year since they were replaced by Haswell.

Perhaps, like me, he got a really stupidly good deal on an Ivy Bridge i5, or maybe he just wants one. It's the OP's choice I think. I answered the question he asked.
