Psu requirement gtx1050ti

I have an asia power smps ap 500 gold , 230v, 50hz, 3A and +12 v rail has 11A/25A rating and -12v has 0.8A rating..Can i run asus phoenix gtx 1050ti

If it has the 4 pin 12V rail (if applicable), i would say yes. However, ive not heard of said PSU.
I would consider looking for a more reputable PSU.
I cant recommend it, but its possible.
