PSU:SEASONIC S12II-520w(80+ bronze)

Will this PSU be enough for i5 4690(non-k) + GTX 970,(not overclocking anything) or I should get 620W version instead.
And also is this good PSU?
I also can get Corsair RM550X(80+ gold and full modular, it's more expensive, but I don't know if it's any good choice.)

The 520w Seasonic will work. Th RM550x is a good unit aswell.

Ok, I'm going with the Seasonic S12II-520, because it's the best and cheapest PSU that aviable for me.
