I have a choice between Seasonic Flagship Prime Titanium 80+ 750W or Be Quiet! Straight Power 10 700W Gold 80+.

Seasonic 220$CAD
Be Quiet! 180$CAD

My main concern is noise levels. I know JohnnyGuru gave the Seasonic 10/10 but he isn't as concerned as me on noise levels. I do game recordings with a condenser microphone and my current psu is the loudest thing I have. I know Be Quiet! Is 20dB at max load but I have no clue for Seasonic since they don't included it in their specs. Just want to know if the Seasonic is as quiet as the Be Quiet! 40$ difference is not much of a concern.

Where did you get the idea that the Be Quiet! Straight Power 10 700W is 20dB? What weighting and measuring distance is this value determined at?

The...
5820K 130w
Gtx1080 zotac Amp edition 270W
4x fans

The 750W is just incase I want to add another gpu or switch to vega and Threadripper. Idk. Might change the parts and give the 1080 and 5820k to my brother.

both are sufficient.

Wow I wish I had a brother like that! Regarding Vega, keep in mind that they are using a LOT more power than comparable Nvidia offerings. The RX 64 consumes over 100 more watts than the GTX 1080 under load conditions.

The Seasonic PRIME Series 750 W is definitely quieter.
