On your links i would choose Corsair VS550 - 550 Watt Power Supply if you can find Corsair CX 430 V2 or XFX 45OW those would be cheaper and still work fine.

firstly don't buy gtx 650 just buy an amd radeon hd 7770 which is fast in comparison of gtx 650 and about power supply you can buy a crosair cx v12 430 watts power supply (don't waste money for these costly psu if you don't want any future upgrades) this power supply is cheap in price and a quality product that can handle up to radeon hd 7850 easily .good luck =)
