Question PSU Shroud & overheating?

I just finished a new build and want to confirm that I am not going to overheat my PSU.

I am close to completing a acrylic PSU shroud for my system. Do I need to be concerned that the PSU will overheat?
The PSU is a corsair TX750 and it's intake and exhaust are managed through vents in my case from the back and underneath.

I don't expect a problem, but it never hurts to ask those who already know.

thank you

I'm not sure a photo will help, since I've yet to weld the two pieces of acrylic together and the clearances may not show so easily anyway, but I can describe it with measurements.

The case is an old Corsair 650D. The clearance underneath is approx 1 inch (2.5cm). But there is a filter after the beginning of the vent which reduces that clearance to about 1.8cm. (3/4 inch). (I measured this vent clearance with my index finger.)
Inside the case, a lip exists which directs the PSU downward and curls up, where a shroud could be placed, just underneath the mobo. If the shroud is placed on that lip, it would yield approx 3-4mm distance between the PSU and the acrylic shroud.

I want the shroud because this is a new system and I'm wanting to make it look a little more tidy by covering over the PSU cables. Unfortunately, when I purchased this PSU, I did not think I would prefer the modular version, so the bottom of my case has a bunch of "snakes." lol.

You'll be absolutely fine. The case has an intake vent specifically for the PSU to draw air in, and you aren't blocking that or the exhaust, so it'll be no different than using a case that already has a PSU shroud. It certainly couldn't ever cause the PSU to overheat.
