Hello Folks I did built a new PC. I will end up adding SLI but I need to know what PSU I need to prevent these PSU Shutdowns It's very annoying when I play a game it'll shutdown about 1 hour. Gpu seems to be hot which is normal fans work. etc I would like for anyone of you guys to tell me the recommenced PSU.

Specs:
Case: Deep Silence 5 Rev Big Tower
Mobo: Gigabyte x97
CPU: i7 4770k
Cpu cooler: Hyper 212 EVO
GPU: asus strix 970 overclocker
PSU:EVGA X750B (bronze)

Solution

G2 750 is more than enough, if you really want overhead then 850 version. If you go any higher than that, get the Seasonic Snow Silent 1050W.

As for ram, 16gb is usually enough
Sounds like your cheap PSU can't handle the load, but could also be overheating. Check the CPU/GPU temperatures (log them) with your overclocking software to rule out temperature issues (CPU under 85C, GPU under 80). If the temperatures are fine, time to buy a real PSU.

I highly suggest a EVGA G2 750, Seasonic G 750/X750, or Corsair RM750x

My gpu temps can go lower. Im getting the EVGA 1000 G2 Reason? I want to do SLI. How what DDR ram do you reccomend?

No reason to get a 1000W PSU for two 170W GPUs.
