My main concern is the PSU. I want to make sure it's going to provide enough power for the two video cards.
Also, Should I bother with an aftermarket CPU fan or HD Fans?
Any additional suggstions would be very much appreciated!!

Budget: ~$2500.00 US (including a new copy of XP)
No experience OCing (so it's not likely to happen)
