PSU Sizing

I'm putting together a new gaming system and I wanted to ask you guys about the PSU I am considering getting.

My main concern is the PSU. I want to make sure it's going to provide enough power for the two video cards.

Also, Should I bother with an aftermarket CPU fan or HD Fans?

Any additional suggstions would be very much appreciated!!

Additional information:
Budget: ~$2500.00 US (including a new copy of XP)
No experience OCing (so it's not likely to happen)

Hawk29,

That Fortron is a good PSU, but it's not made (or certified) for an SLI system and does not have the dual PCIe connectors. You could add an adapter but why not get the right PSU the first time.
