My max psu usage is 550w and I have 750w psu. High waltage can able to damage my system?

Nope, doesnt damage anything. Just wont get used to its full potential, but should give you more headroom for power surge.
Should be perfectly fine.

I calculate my usage on coolermaster psu calculator. Where my system is using 384w. And they suggest coolermaster 600wt psu. I bought coolermaster mwe 750 80 plus gold. Which is almost double power supply then requirement. I hope it will not affect my system as you told.
My rest configuration are

Ryzen 5 2600x cpu
Corsair 8gbX2 ddr4 3000mhz ram
240gb kingston hyperx fury ssd
2 tb wd elements 5400rpm hdd
Msi B450 gaming plus ac mobo
Msi 1050ti ddr5 4gb gpu

He's right ,the system will only use as much as is needed,not the entire 750watt available.
