Question PSU Stops Working

Hello,

I have a PC at my place which I bought 4 months ago with the following Configuration.

AMD Ryzen 7 2700x Processor
Gigabyte x 370 Auros Gaming Wifi Motherboard
Corsair 32GB (16x2) 3000Mhz RAM
Nvidia Quadro M4000 8GB Graphics Card
Corsair Hydro Series H110i Pro RGB Liquid CPU Cooler
Corsair AX1200i Digital ATX 1200 Watts Power Supply
Antec DF500 RGB Mid Tower Cabinet
WD Enterprise 4TB HDD
Samsung 850 Pro 256GB SSD


My Question is regarding my PSU,

I just got replaced my power supply from the company because I was facing some Issues with it. Hopefully it was under warranty.
I got a new PSU from the company. I installed it & it worked fine for about 3 Months. Then it stopped working for some reason.
Then I gave it to the company. They checked it & told me that it was not working. So they gave me a new PSU the same one again.
I brought it home & I installed it again & it worked for about 2 weeks. After that it again had the same issues with it. The PSU stopped working.
I am not able to understand the problem with my PSU.

Can anyone help me any solutions.

Well that is a top end Power Supply and in fact way, way more than is required. I cannot understand how 2 of them have failed. Which country are you from as this might be some sort of overload on power from your own home electricity but to be honest it is way over my head and hopefully others with better knowledge than me will jump in...
