Question PSU strange problem

Hi ,
I have a Corsair VS550 and some weeks ago it starting to make a huge noise coming from the fan but the fan it is working , some case movement and the noise stops . One day my computer just have shut down without blue screen , only appeared an error about bad overclock on next boot that I never did , so I ordered one fan with same voltage and amps from Aliexpress, but the fan seems to not work at all .... tested the same new fan on another power supply and it worked fine .
What could be the issue here ? Power supply itself ?

Does sound like a PSU issue.

Contact Corsair and get a replacement if under warranty.

is not under warranty , it have like 4 years already ... it had 3 of waranty :/. but thanks for your answer

I would buy a new PSU.

The old Corsair VS models were known to fail commonly.
