PSU Suggestions for GTX 960 or RX 480

What PSU would you suggest for a GTX 960 or RX 480, which I plan to get? I've been told that I need a PSU of at least 500 + W to run the GTX 960.
I am on a tight budget so I'd like if that is taken into consideration. I am in India so the prices for PSU in local stores will be higher than what I would get them for online.

I have the GTX960 with a nice overclock over it and my 500w is doing just fine for it + some hefty overclock on my CPU too [4.6 GHz] but I recommend going for an RX 480 as it is only a bit more than a GTX 960 but A LOT better than the 960. I'd wait until Sapphire releases Nitro 480 because it is probably the best 480 out there. But yeah, if you do stumble upon a 960, 500w will be plenty to run it.
