I just upgraded to an i7-8700k CPU with an ASRock Z390 Taichi motherboard. I have an EVGA Supernova P2 750W 80+ Platinum PSU, which I know would support the 8+4 CPU socket on the motherboard, but I can't find the second CPU cable that came with the PSU. I am just going to install this in a secondary build, and so I want a replacement PSU that will work for the build. price range up to $125, I don't do anything past gaming and internet browsing/downloading so don't need some crazy thing. I am just not familiar with all the components acronyms so don't know what to search for exactly.

Most quality 750W units and up should have at least 2x EPS cables with 4+4 pin connectors (or 1x8pin static and 1x 4+4).
The Focus+ gold from SeaSonic would fit the bill - and the 850W unit is only marginally more than the 750W.

The EVGA SuperNOVA G3 750W is another solid option, and has a nice rebate bringing it under $100 when all said and done.

Two points though:
  1. You do not need to populate the additional 4pin. It's perfectly adequate for stock operations, and moderate overclocking without. Improved power delivery for really pushing those overclocks though.
  2. Depending on the power requirements of this other system, you might want to consider an either an entire replacement cable kit for the P2, or just a replacement EPS cable and pick up a cheaper unit for the second system*.
*Example:
You don't appear to have any specific color theme going on.... but an example, a white kit (ATX, 2x EPS, PCIe and SATA) = $80.

CX450 can be had for $32, assuming it's capable for the secondary system.

Total spend within budget, and you get a cosmetic upgrade for the main system too.

You could probably reach out to EVGA for just a replacement EPS cable, as I'm not aware of anywhere retail you can buy just one.
