PSU support for R7 260x

Hello,

One of my friends is buying a R7 260x 2gb ddr5.
His Specs are as same as mine:
Fx 6300
8gb ddr3 1600 ram
1tb hdd 7200rpm
Cooler Master 212 cpu cooler
Gaming Mouse & Gaming keyboard.
Corsair VS450 psu

So his question is:
Will the Vs450 be enough for running R7 260x with FX 6300??

He's now using ATI HD6670 2gb ddr3

he's tight on budget and couldnot afford a new PSU...
He is planning to run the r7 260x on his current psu..
