Question PSU Ticking Noise

Nov 29, 2019
I built my PC about a month ago and has been working completely fine. About a day ago i had just finished playing some Destiny 2. I exited out the game and my PC started making a fast clicking noise (like a clock). I quickly shut down the system in worry of it blowing up or something. When i went to boot it back up it started making the noise again. It stopped after about 30 seconds. I thought it was just a 1 time thing but 40 minutes later it started doing it again. I left my PC on to see if anything would happen. Everything kept working the same but the noise persisted. I did some investigation and found out it was my PSU making the ticking noise. I thought it was coil whine or something but it doesn't really sound like it. Is this something i should worry about? My PC still works the same.
