XFX is very good choice! 650 watts is plenty for a single GPU rig so take your pick based on budget.

Gold efficiency is going to be cheaper to run in the long run since less losses. I would pick the 650 unless you are planning 2 x GPU in SLI or Crossfire

I have XFX TS 650W Gold rated, it is nice PSU, stable and all but have nasty coil whine.I changed 2 units and both had it so it in the end i just gave up and kept it.When I run my fans on case on medium speed they hide most of the whine but when i put it to silent PSU just screams from the bottom of the case.
If you can get one from Cooler Master or beQuite they booth make great PSU's.
