PSU Unit for GTX 660 Seasonic or Corsair or any other

I have upgraded my graphics card from GTS 250 to GTX 660 after card failure.
The current PSU i have is i-ball sprinter 600W.There are suggestions in changing the psu as it is not good.

Iam a complete noob when it comes to PSU,my card is zotac gtx 660,does it require some specifications like a 12v rail or something,as my current psu have this.

I have check out the web and there are 2 PSU's fitting in by budget

SEASONIC ECO 600 600 WATTS PSU and Corsair VS650 650 Watt PSU

I think there are some certifications like 85% bronze (something like that ),what is that which PUS is better in terms of that?

Can someone suggest the best of these two and are these compatible with my GTX 660

Specs:
CORE I5
Intel Media series board DP55WB
4 GB Ram
ZOTAC GTX 660
Will need power for 3 fans as i will be upgrading the case

The seasonic is reasonable, the Corsair VS series is meant to be really budget and isn't that good. I'd go for the Seasonic, and they both should be easily compatible with your GTX 660.

Both PSU's are budget units but are plenty for the card, I would get the one that is cheaper.

Is there any problem in using a 600w psu? Just to avoid problems in case of upgrades.

No problem going bigger the components only pull what they need from the PSU.

What do you think about S12II 520 Watts PSU? I can get that if i add a little more.But i can get a 600W psu at a bit lower price from seasonic itself.Which way should i go?

The S12II 520 is a quality unit and better than the ECO so if it was me buying I would go with the 520.
