PSU- universal socket

Hello,
I don't know much about power supplies and the details of 12V, amps, etc. I looked up enough and decided to purchase a PSU with 750 watts (it is overkill at the moment) than get a lower wattage PSU. I received the PSU in the mail and realized it has a universal plug. Feeling incredibly stupid at the moment, I was hoping someone could give me some advise on how to proceed.

Can I just purchase a new power socket with the US style socket or do I need to return it and find a replacement. If I do need to return it, what are the key specifications should I be looking for to know what PSU socket I need? Thank you for your help.

Hi, There are adapters: http://www.tmart.com/Travel-Charger-Adapter-Plug-European-Euro-to-US-USA_p104649.html. Does the PSU have a switch for 220 - 110V? What PSU have you bought?

This is what I purchased:

Antec High Current Gamer Series HCG-750 750W ATX12V Model:HCG-750

I do not believe there is a switch.

Nice PSU, they just sent you the wrong power cord.

Dbl check the manual & make sure the PSU will accomodate(most likely it does)
the voltage (from the wall) in your location. If so, then buy an adapter from
the link alexiou gave you.
