PSU Up or Down?

I ordered my parts last week and just got my case today ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811146068 ), and i never really thought about my fan ratio of ones pulling in to pushing out, what ones would be best on a certain setting? Also should my PSU fan be facing upwards or downwards?

Also, I will be using all 7 fans on the case

I know front intake, rear exhaust but what about the 2 200 mm fans that are on the top, the 1 200 mm fan on the side, and the 2 120's on the side?

Use the 2x 200 mm fans that are on the top for exhaust.

The 1x 200 mm fan on the side for intake.

The 2x 120's on the side for intake.

PSU fan should be facing downwards.

Down so it sucks cool air instead of that HOT one from the inside of the case.

Top exhaust
Rear exhaust
Front Intake
Side Intake
