I will be upgrading my budget build to something a bit meatier and want to upgrade the PSU. The current build is -

CPU - FX 6300
GPU - VTX R9 270X
Motherboard - Gigabyte 970a-ds3p
RAM - 1x8gb 1333mhz
Storage - 1tb 7200rpm Western Digital HDD
Case - Zalman Z3 Plus
PSU - Corsair VS 450w

The GPU will be upgraded to the MSI GTX 970, and the plan is to upgrade the CPU to an FX 8350 (A switch to Intel is beyond the current budget). The RAM will probably be upgraded to 16gb of better quality 1600mhz at some point too.

I've run the potential parts through part picker and the predicted wattage is well within the 650w I intended to buy (It's actually sub 400w). However if I wanted to consider over clocking the CPU at any point, would I need a 750w? Or am I better off sticking to stock speeds with my motherboard? All help gratefully received.
