[SOLVED] PSU upgrade for Dell 7010 Sff

I am looking at putting a Dell 7020 sff power supply in a Dell 7010 Sff. What problems am I looking at?

PSU of 7020 sff is 12v only and won't work in a 7010 sff that also need 3,3v and 5v.
