So I have a Dell OptiPlex 3050 MT. It has i3 7100 processor, Intel B250 Express motherboard and 240 Watt PSU. Recently my cousin gave me a GTX 1070 SC. So I bought a Cooler Master 650 Watt Semi Modular. When I tired to install it I saw that there is no 26 pin connector on the motherboard. The motherboard is powered by one 4 pin and one 6 pin connector. Sooo, how do I connect the motherboard with the PSU?

The power supply is proprietary, so it is not replaceable with a Cooler Master 650 Watt Semi Modular or any other regular retail ATX power supplies.

You can use a card recommended by Dell:
Radeon R7 450

A GTX 1070 SC goes for about $250 in used working condition. I suggest you get a bare PC case - ATX Mid-Tower and a retail boxed motherboard not an OEM Dell or HP motherboard for your new video card.
