[SOLVED] PSU upgrade recomendations

Hello everyone, so I just need some recommendations for a quality psu for ocing and maybe water cooling in the future in the price range of 200 or less.

Cpu: ryzen 3700x stock cooler
Mobo: Asus Prime x570-P
GPU:RTX 2080 Super Black Gaming
PSU: XFX Core Edition Pro650W
RAM:Trident Z Neo 14 14 14 28
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO
HDD:7200 rpm seagate

The one you have should do fine the 3700X has almost no overclocking room and their not much to gain overclocking a video card that comes with a factory overclock.

Your PC as is uses less than 400 watts.

So another thing to mention I got this psu in about 2013 don't they degrade? or will that also be null performance wise? I appreciate the advice!

A 7 years old PSU. Unless you want to put that 2080 Super, CPU or your entire system at risk I would buy a new PSU.

Heat kills them and that was a decent PSU I still run one that is over 10 years old in my son's PC and my wife's is over 14 years old. If in budget yes replace it but it's not a must. A new PSU can fail just like a older one.
