Solution
You dont have enough money for a decent power supply but youve got it for a $800 GPU ;)

Somehow I think the 2080 might be a bit overkill for you personally .

Look for RX 580, GTX 1060, GTX 1070, GTX 1070Ti, GTX 1080, RTX 2060, RTX 2070 they will all work fine with a 650W PSU.

Hope this helps.

I dont recommend going crossfire. The 590's are also not competitively priced given the marginal performance increase over 580.

If you want more GPU power it is almost always better going with the most powerful single gpu you can afford.

If youre into amd you could look at a vega 56 for example, no need for vega 64 as the 56 when overclocked is very similar to a 64.

Id be looking at a 750W + PSU

Yeah, spending $250 on a second 590 is almost a waste. Unless you specifically have games you play that support it. Developers are dropping support, and the scaling is crappy now. So for the extra money spent it's not worth it. You would be much better off just buying one RX2070/Vega 64 if you want better FPS. And by that I mean better FPS in all games, not just ones that might support Xfire/SLI.

Ok, so, If i will get that 650W SuperFlower and If I switch to Nvidia, sell a few of my consoles I Could get into the rtx 2080 second hand price range, the only question is If that PSU can run it.

Yes that 650w Super Flower is more than enough for a RTX 2080.
