PSU Upgrade .

i just got a GEForce Evga GTX750 TI graphics card.

my dell optiplex360 desktop mini has 230 watt and the graphics card requires 300watt or greater.

does anyone know any PSU's that i could buy that would work?

It has sufficient wattage, but might not fit in a mini case. Also it is unclear if it has any PCI/E power connections for a graphics card.
What are the complete system specs of your PC?

If you have the mini version (DT or the small desktop that lays flat) then it's a different PSU than this one. It's a smaller form factor. You will not be able to find a more powerful PSU that will fit in it. It's a non-standard (non-ATX) sized PSU for these DT units only (which is why they are only 255W and not more powerful). Now if you have the mini-TOWER version, that's what this one is for being full ATX form factor that can fit into any ATX desktop PC.

Also pertinent to the comment of the O/P, the 750Ti uses power directly from the motherboard. It does not require a separate PCIe power connector.

intel pentium dual core E5200 @2.5GHZ (currently) i have ordered a Intel Core2Duo E8500

With a 65W CPU and almost no expansion slots or bays to power you should be OK. The GPU draws 65W in a 75W slot.
