Question PSU upgrades won’t work, only the old one.

I just got a 3080ti and wanted to upgrade from my 850w EVGA gq. So I got another EVGA, a GT1300 .
The pc wouldn’t post at all and I checked all wires and connections, all good. Even though the cables are all the same I put all new ones on and no luck. I exchanged the PSU for another one same model, and still no luck. The pump on my AIO lights up and clicks, then is back off . Connecting right back to old psu works like a charm. I am stumped… any ideas?

Could you be confusing the eco switch with the power on switch?

You are using the cables that came with each PSU not using the GQ cables on the GT?
