I have hwmonitor, and hwinfo64
Hwmonitor shows REALLY low voltages at
3.3v - 3v
5 - 2.8v
12 - 8.9v
But Hwinfo64 shows
3.3v - 3.68v
5 - 2.9v
12 - 12.2v
In bios everything seems ok, no more or less than 5% of that voltage.
(I even tested HWinfo64 under GPU load with furmark. It didn't went lower than 11.8v.)
But I know that these softwares shows not very accurate, but in bios everything seems ok.
But I fried one GPU, maybe it was faulty on arrival... (RMA changed it) I shutdown'ed it instantly when I smell smoke.
I'm using this computer now, no problems, no BSOD, no performance issues. (with onboard graphics)
I got new MSI gpu, so I need to be sure it's ok. :]

I knew that this is safe, but I needed to be sure. (http://hardwarelogic.com/articles.php?id=5075) So will test my psu. Thank you for your answer.

OK I tested with multimeter, the psu
12v - 12.16v
5v - 5.09v
3.3v - 3.39v

All voltages took under Heavy load, Furnmark and RealBench. So this thread is closed Thanks for answer guys!
