PSU wattage for g3258 oc enough?

I am planning to purchase parts and reuse parts for my new pc. My friend gave me his g3258 and i was wondering if the Antec VP 450 watt would be enough for my build which is

I was planning to overclock it to 4.2-4.4
I was also planning to purchase the seasonic s12ii 520w but i saw the antec for cheaper and nearly identical quality from this PSU tier list http://i.imgur.com/tgrbCnr.jpg

that is plenty of power to oc the pentium. stock you're only using 250w or so. plenty of headroom for the oc.

Yeah the GTX 460 isn't particularly power-hungry and the G3258 certainly isn't. It's fine on 450W. The only thing you may be sacrificing is upgrade headroom.

If your going to overclock get the Seasonic power supply.

That's not the same quality thus the 2 year warranty instead of the Seasonic 5 year.
Get the Seasonic.
